I just want to say thank you to Ashley and the team. There was an issue with delivery (something they could not control) and were very helpful and quick at responding to find a resolution! They offered to send a replacement without me requesting one and it arrived quickly and well packaged so the product was safe when it arrived.
The product is of good quality and looks exactly like the photo. I’m very excited to give it to my mom as a late Christmas present as I know she will love it too! I will be purchasing from here again for myself and my friends as the product is well made and so so pretty!

Products were fine. But customer service was poor and lacking in urgency for being around the holidays. I kept getting emails to buy more things but never any replies about my order. I sent multiple emails asking about the status of my order after 5 days of no updates, then finally got a response 2 days before Christmas that they were overwhelmed with orders and would not be getting them in time. I then received my order 4 days after and they were delivered in a bag with barely any cushion, for shipping that was $15 I am very disappointed and will not be purchasing from this shop again.
I bought this vase as a present for my best friend. An avid book lover, who is always difficult to buy for. An ad for these vases appeared on my Facebook and I instantly fell in love. The process from start to finish was so simple and when it arrived it was beautiful. Wanting one of my own I sent the weblink to my husband to get me one too. Honestly the choice is amazing and it was so difficult to choose just one. Hubby decided he would choose and when I opened mine I absolutely loved it. I don’t have a picture of my friends Wuthering Heights one but will post a pic of my husband’s choice.
Irene has been on the ball the whole way through and sent regular updates.
I think my bookcase may be needing a couple more in the future.
