Return
You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be in the original packaging, including all accessories and paperwork.
- Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt (e.g., if received on January 1, it must be postmarked by January 11).
- Items must be returned using an insured and trackable shipping method.
To start your return, please contact us at support@bibliobloom.us or via our contact page. Use the subject line: "Return Biblio Bloom Items", and include:
- Your receipt or proof of purchase
- A clear photo of the package
After receiving confirmation of return, place the item securely in its original packaging, then mail your return to the following addresses

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund
If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:
- Credit Card: Up to 10 business days.
- Paypal: 3 to 5 business days.
We strongly recommend contacting our support team before sending any item back to confirm it qualifies for a refund or exchange. If an item is returned without approval and doesn’t meet our requirements, a refund will not be issued. In that case, we’ll notify you by email with your next steps.
Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider — it may take time before your refund officially posts.
- Reach out to your bank — processing times can vary.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items?
We’re so sorry! If you received an item that’s defective, incorrect, or damaged, we’ll fix it right away.
We’ll send you a free replacement to your address, delivered within 3–8 business days. You won’t need to pay anything extra.
To start the exchange process, please email us at support@bibliobloom.us with:
- Your order number
- A photo or video of the faulty item (if applicable)
- Your full delivery address
- A contact phone number
In some cases, we may require visual proof to process the refund or replacement.
